The League appreciates the commitment and hard work put in by all managers and assistants. In this part of the site we would like to keep you updated on initiatives or concerns relating to the running of team.
Every manager should receive a Junior Leaque handbook, which contains the League Rules at the start of every season. This contains important contact information about the league and contact details for other managers within your league. It also includes the up to date League Rules. We strongly recommend you familiarise yourself with the Rules Section as it addresses many of the issues which arise at matches and are frequently then referred to the League.
Each month the HFA issue the latest 'Monthly Bulletin' which includes your fixtures for the next 4 weeks together with topical notices from thr League or HFA - please contact your Club Secretary if you are not receiving your copy (should be with you by the 16th of the month). Please note that the fixtures in this booklet are confirmed; those on the Full Time website are subject to confirmation and therefore should be viewed with caution!
On match day you should as part of your preparation take with you the team sheet (3 set, with copies for you, the referee and your opposition manager) and your official Player Passports for your team which should be available for inspection by each manager.
After the match the Home team needs to report the score to the League on the day of the fixture via text, phone or email (details are in the Fixtures Bulletin). Andy Penson is responsible for administering results and any issues arising during a game. Both teams need to complete and return a Match Report Form within 3 days of the game. Again, these are returned to Andy via post or email.
